rp666 Terms & Conditions — The Rules That Govern Your Account and Every PKR Transaction

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the rp666 website at rp666.bid, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any future applications operated by rp666.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the rp666 Platform.
• "Player" means any natural person who has registered an Account on the rp666 Platform and meets the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the lawful currency of Pakistan, being the denomination in which all rp666 transactions are processed.
• "Balance" means the current PKR amount held in a Player's rp666 Account wallet, including real-money balance and applicable bonus credit balance, as displayed in the rp666 cashier post-login.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or entry placed by a Player using their rp666 Account Balance on any game, sport, or market available on the rp666 Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback award, or other incentive issued by rp666 to a Player, subject to the bonus-specific terms set out in Section 6.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process rp666 conducts to confirm the identity and eligibility of Players, including verification of Pakistan CNIC, mobile number ownership, and payment method ownership.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary closure or temporary suspension of a Player's Account for responsible gaming purposes, as described in Section 11.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Registration by a person under the age of 18 is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

2.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during rp666 Account registration, including your full legal name, Pakistan mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of Balance.

2.3 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one rp666 Account. rp666 prohibits the registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, mobile numbers, CNICs, email addresses, payment methods, or devices. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, rp666 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close the duplicate Account(s) and to void any Wagers placed from those Accounts.

2.4 KYC Verification. rp666 may require Players to complete KYC verification at any point — including at registration, upon the first withdrawal request, or when the cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds thresholds set by rp666's compliance team. KYC documentation may include a copy of the Player's Pakistan CNIC, proof of Pakistan mobile number ownership, and proof of ownership of the deposit payment method (e.g., the Easypaisa or JazzCash account from which the deposit was made). rp666 may restrict Account functionality, including withdrawals, until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

2.5 Jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the rp666 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. rp666 makes no representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction and does not accept liability for Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where such access may be restricted.

3. Account Security

3.1 Credential Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rp666 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. rp666 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

3.2 Prohibited Sharing. You must not share your rp666 Account login credentials with any third party. You must not permit any other person to access or use your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account while logged in is deemed to have been conducted by you and is your responsibility.

3.3 Suspicious Activity. If you suspect that your rp666 Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify rp666 support immediately via WhatsApp, Telegram, or Live Chat. rp666 may temporarily suspend Account access pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access.

3.4 Accurate Contact Information. You must keep your registered Pakistan mobile number and any other contact details associated with your rp666 Account current and accurate. rp666 will use your registered mobile number for identity verification, OTP delivery, and Account security alerts. rp666 is not liable for security failures arising from outdated contact information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. rp666 accepts PKR deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, MCB Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20. All payment methods are subject to availability and rp666 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Raast deposits are credited to your rp666 Account Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard interbank processing times. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited at the PKR equivalent of the received USDT amount at the prevailing exchange rate at time of receipt, as determined by rp666.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per period are published in the rp666 cashier. These limits are denominated in PKR and are subject to periodic review and revision by rp666 without prior notice.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified rp666 Accounts to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets are processed within five minutes on standard business days. Withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank accounts are processed within 30 minutes on standard business days. rp666 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals that exceed standard processing thresholds.

4.5 Matching Payment Methods. rp666 requires that withdrawal requests be directed to the same payment method used for deposits where operationally possible, as a fraud prevention and anti-money laundering measure. Withdrawal to a payment method not previously used for deposit may require additional KYC documentation.

4.6 No Third-Party Payments. You must only deposit funds into your rp666 Account from payment methods registered in your own name. rp666 strictly prohibits third-party deposits — deposits from payment methods belonging to another individual. Where third-party deposits are identified, rp666 will return the funds to the source and may close the Account.

4.7 Transaction Records. A complete history of all deposit and withdrawal transactions is available in your rp666 Account dashboard after login. You should regularly review your transaction history and report any discrepancies to rp666 support promptly.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Product-Specific Rules. Specific rules governing individual products available on the rp666 Platform — including sports betting markets (HBL Pakistan Super League, English Premier League, international cricket), live casino games, jackpot slots, and Cockfighting — are published in the relevant product section of the Platform. Those product-specific rules are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

5.2 Wager Finality. Once a Wager has been accepted and confirmed by the rp666 Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where rp666's product-specific rules explicitly permit cancellation (e.g., certain pre-match betting markets where early cash-out is available).

5.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes. rp666 reserves the right to void any Wager placed at odds or on terms that were published in error — including manifest pricing errors, technical errors, or human data entry errors resulting in clearly incorrect odds. rp666 will notify affected Players and refund the Wager stake to their rp666 Account Balance where a Wager is voided under this provision.

5.4 Insufficient Balance. rp666 will not allow a Wager to be placed where the Player's Account Balance is insufficient to cover the stake. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure their Account Balance is adequate before placing Wagers.

5.5 Maximum Win Limits. rp666 applies maximum win limits per Wager and per day across all product categories. Maximum win limits are published in the relevant product section. rp666 reserves the right to restrict winnings to the applicable maximum win limit regardless of the calculated return on any individual Wager.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Eligibility. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by rp666 are subject to specific eligibility criteria and bonus terms published at the point of offer. Eligibility criteria may include minimum deposit amounts denominated in PKR, time limits, game category restrictions, minimum odds requirements for sports betting bonuses, and account verification status.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus credit and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rp666 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the rp666 Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Registering more than one rp666 Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place Wagers or interact with the rp666 Platform in a manner not available to regular Players.
• Colluding with other Players — including in live casino games, poker where available, and Cockfighting markets — to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, result manipulation, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with betting markets offered by rp666.
• Using the rp666 Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new Account after invoking self-exclusion under Section 11.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity into your rp666 Account.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in a manner that rp666 determines was knowingly done to gain unfair advantage.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the rp666 Platform — including but not limited to the rp666 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text content, graphics, software, and data compilations — is the property of rp666 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited Licence. rp666 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rp666 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any rp666 content.

8.3 Prohibited Use. You must not scrape, crawl, index, or systematically extract data from the rp666 Platform. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the rp666 Platform. Any unauthorised use of rp666 intellectual property will result in Account closure and may give rise to legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. rp666 makes no representation or guarantee regarding the outcome of any Wager. All gaming and betting activity involves inherent financial risk. Your use of the rp666 Platform is at your sole risk and you accept that you may lose some or all of the PKR funds you deposit.

9.2 Service Availability. rp666 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. rp666 is not liable for losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party infrastructure failures, or events outside rp666's reasonable control.

9.3 Consequential Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rp666 excludes liability for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses arising from your use of the rp666 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or damage to reputation.

9.4 Cap on Liability. Where rp666 is found liable to a Player, rp666's maximum aggregate liability is limited to the PKR amount deposited by that Player into their rp666 Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data

10.1 Privacy Policy. rp666's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the rp666 Privacy Policy, available at rp666.bid/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an rp666 Account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

10.2 Data Processing. rp666 processes your personal data — including your Pakistan mobile number, CNIC information provided during KYC, payment method details, bet history, and login records — for the purposes of operating your Account, processing PKR transactions, conducting fraud prevention, complying with legal obligations, and communicating with you regarding your Account and applicable promotions.

10.3 Data Security. rp666 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions between your browser and the rp666 Platform. Account passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing. rp666 maintains information security standards consistent with industry best practice for online gaming platforms serving the Pakistan market.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 18+ Policy. rp666 enforces a strict 18+ minimum age policy. All Players must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform. rp666 takes underage gambling prevention seriously and will cooperate fully with any statutory body investigating suspected underage gambling.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your rp666 Account at any time by contacting rp666 support via WhatsApp, Telegram, or Live Chat. rp666 will process Account closure requests within 48 hours. Any Account Balance remaining at the time of closure — net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations — will be returned to your registered Pakistan payment method following standard KYC verification.

12.2 rp666-Initiated Suspension. rp666 reserves the right to suspend your Account at any time and without prior notice where rp666 reasonably suspects: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required period; or any other activity that rp666 determines poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

12.3 Balance During Suspension. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Account Balance will be held in place and will not be accessible to the Player during the suspension period. If investigation confirms a breach of these Terms & Conditions, rp666 reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the Account Balance. If investigation finds no breach, the Account will be reinstated and the Balance will be restored.

12.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. rp666 will notify the Player at the registered mobile number before applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees are published in the rp666 cashier and are deducted from the Account Balance on a monthly basis until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated.

13. Disputes & Complaints

13.1 First-Instance Complaints. If you have a complaint regarding your rp666 Account, a transaction, a Wager settlement, or any other matter relating to the rp666 Platform, you must first contact rp666 customer support via WhatsApp, Telegram, or Live Chat. The rp666 support team will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 48 hours of receipt.

13.2 Escalation. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction by the rp666 support team within 48 hours, you may escalate the matter in writing to the rp666 complaints team at the email address listed in Section 16. Formal written complaints will receive a detailed written response within five business days.

13.3 Bet Disputes. Disputes regarding Wager settlement must be raised within 30 days of the disputed Wager settlement date. rp666 will not consider Wager disputes raised more than 30 days after the settlement date. All relevant transaction and Wager data retained by rp666 is treated as conclusive evidence for the purposes of dispute resolution.

13.4 No Charge-Backs. Players mustnot initiate charge-back requests with their payment provider in respect of any deposit made to their rp666 Account. All deposit disputes must be handled through the rp666 complaints process described in this Section 13. Where a charge-back is initiated by a Player, rp666 reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, withhold the Account Balance, and pursue recovery of the charge-back amount through available legal means.

14. Amendments

14.1 Right to Amend. rp666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, changes in rp666's operational practices, the addition or removal of Platform products, or any other reason at rp666's sole discretion.

14.2 Notification. Where rp666 makes material amendments to these Terms & Conditions, rp666 will publish the updated Terms & Conditions on this page and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the document. rp666 may also notify registered Players of material changes via their registered Pakistan mobile number by SMS or via the rp666 Platform notification system.

14.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the rp666 Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the rp666 Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 12.

15. Governing Law

15.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operations of rp666 as an online gaming platform.
